If you see "Waiting List" beside the unit you are interested in, please tap and sign up, we may have a unit available at the end of the month. We will call you if a unit is available. Rentals are on a month to month basis.

Small Unit (5 x 10)

- ADDITIONAL HST applies to monthly rate
- smallest unit available
- space allows you to fit a mattress set, sofa, dining room set, chest of drawers or small items typical to a walk in closet or small storage shed, will fit a motorcycle
- door width is 4 feet, door height is approx. 7 feet (81" clearance), interior height is 8'-4"

Medium Unit - A (10 x 10)

- ADDITIONAL HST applies to monthly rate
- medium sized unit
- comfortably fits standard furnishing of a 1 bedroom apartment without appliances
- 150 storage/file boxes
- door width is 9 feet, door height is approx. 7 feet (81" clearance), interior height is 8'-4"

Medium Unit - B (10 x 15)

- ADDITIONAL HST applies to monthly rate
- medium sized unit
- comfortably fits standard furnishing of a 1.5 bedroom apartment without appliances
- 225 storage/file boxes
- fits vehicle, recreational ATVs, snowmobiles
- door width is 9 feet, door height is approx. 7 feet (81" clearance), interior height is 8'-4"

Large Unit (10 x 20)

- ADDITIONAL HST applies to monthly rate
- largest unit available
- about the size of a large garage, excellent for commercial business storage, or furnishing from a 2 bedroom house
- fits vehicle, recreational ATVs, snowmobiles
- door width is 9 feet, door height is approx. 7 feet (81" clearance), interior height is 8'-4"

Outdoor Parking Space - 5th Ave. Gated (30 x 15)

- ADDITIONAL HST applies to rates
- Outdoor yard parking - new fenced in location on 5th Ave. in Arnprior
- Rent now, remaining of current month will be prorated.
- Balance due and term begins on 1st of the following month.
- RVs, trailers, boats etc.
